He has also won significant civil verdicts and settlements against corporations such as UPS, FedEx and insurance companies, as well as cities, municipal parties, police departments. He has settled numerous cases against multimillion dollar corporations and insurance companies, as well as cities and municipalities.
Although he handles a variety of criminal and civil cases, Lance has a passion for defending the underdog and protecting the injured. While his office is in Missoula, he is willing to travel anywhere in Montana to defend or pursue a claim on behalf of his clients. Lance understands that he and his firm are not only fighting for your rights, but also for the future of your life, family, job, and reputation. He will do everything possible to ensure your rights are protected, your interests are pursued, and your entitlement to a fair legal proceeding is safeguarded.
